2025 tested the clean energy field in new ways. As federal priorities shifted and policy uncertainty grew, communities across the country strengthened their commitment to climate action and the participatory process. Greenlink Analytics did the same.

Our 2025 Annual Impact Report reflects a year of resilience, rigorous research, and meaningful local impact.
Impact by the Numbers
Since our founding, Greenlink has identified pathways to:
Avoid 9.6 billion metric tons of CO₂
Unlock $1.2 trillion in savings
Protect over 32,000 lives
In 2025 alone, our work found:
710 million metric tons of CO₂ in avoided emissions opportunities
$260 billion in potential savings
7,400 lives that could be protected
Our research is informing decisions for more than 75 million residents across every U.S. state and five Canadian provinces. We’ve supported over 215 participatory policy processes and donated more than $2.2 million in vulnerability-mapping services through GEM, now used by over 260 organizations and guiding more than $1 billion in project and program funding.
Research That Moves Policy
In partnership with Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, our Solar Cities study demonstrated that participatory design leads to measurably stronger outcomes in low- and moderate-income solar programs.
Our Impact of Data Centers report challenged forecasts driving major natural gas expansion in the Southeast, showing projected data center load growth is far more uncertain than commonly assumed, aiming to reduce the risk of costly, unnecessary infrastructure borne by ratepayers.
And through WeatheRISE ATL, the City of Atlanta’s comprehensive weatherization pilot, we helped serve over 100 low-income households while generating insights that are reshaping how energy burden is understood and addressed.
Strengthening Tools and Local Capacity
In 2025, we:
Expanded our electricity rate forecasting and modeling capabilities with nationwide coverage
Produced 30+ technical reports for cities and nonprofits supporting clean energy, inclusive policy processes, and improved quality of life
Advanced community accountability frameworks and local training initiatives a
cross the Southeast
Despite the headwinds, we closed the year financially stable, positioning Greenlink for steady growth and continued impact in 2026.
The policy landscape may remain challenging, but our focus is unchanged: rigorous analysis, community-centered research, and practical tools that advance a fast and fair clean energy transition.
Together, we move forward.

This is an incredibly helpful guide to cracking the wallcovering code! Breaking down the selection process into the three core pillars of color, pattern scale, and texture makes it so much easier for anyone to visualize how a room can be transformed without feeling overwhelmed. I especially love the insight on how vertical patterns can effortlessly create the illusion of higher ceilings, and how textured materials like grasscloth not only hide wall imperfections but also offer natural sound-dampening qualities. The way you articulate these design principles is so clear that it could easily serve as foundational material for anyone studying interior architecture. For design students or scholars inspired to write a formal research paper on the psychological impacts of spatial…
I found the article really interesting because it shows how Greenlink Analytics reflects on resilience and results while working on clean energy, community impact, and data-driven solutions that support real policy decisions. It made me think of how important planning and consistency are when managing long-term goals, especially during busy academic periods. At one point during exams I searched pass real estate exam online because I felt overwhelmed with pressure. It really shows how structured effort and preparation matter more than shortcuts when trying to achieve lasting success.
