Senior Energy Analyst
Youngsun Baek, PhD, is a Senior Energy Analyst at Greenlink Analytics. In this role, she conducts analysis and modeling of clean energy and climate policies at the local, state, and national levels. She works closely with interdisciplinary teams to advance effective and equitable energy and climate policies. She holds a PhD in Public Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She has an MA in Economics from Seoul National University and a BS in Environmental Science and Engineering from Ewha Womans University. Before joining Greenlink, she worked for the Union of Concerned Scientist as an Energy Modeler and for the Oak Ridge National Laboratory as a R&D Associate.
