Kenneth is an Energy Analyst at Greenlink Analytics, with ten years of experience in power systems, economics, utility regulation, and energy policy. He has consulted for renewable energy firms, environmental organizations, and clean energy business associations, and has served as an expert regulatory witness on integrated resource planning, avoided cost ratemaking, and competitive procurement of renewable energy. Kenneth holds a Master’s of Environmental Management with a focus on Energy & Environment from Duke University.
