ABOUT THE ROLE

Greenlink Analytics (GLA) seeks a new team member who is a skilled Program Manager. This person will organize and coordinate projects across Greenlink, keeping efforts on time and on budget to achieve our operational goals. They will assist GLA leadership and team leads by developing project implementation plans and ensuring goals are met, as well as identifying and implementing opportunities for efficiency to keep the team productive. The Program Manager will be responsible for co-developing work schedules with GLA team leads and keeping projects on a path to successful delivery to users of our services. They will assess outcomes, improve operations, and expand the scope of Greenlink activities. This position reports to the CEO.

What does this position require?


The successful applicant should be able to:

  • Gain efficiency through better practices, including communications strategies

  • Bring strong project management skills to bear

  • Organize daily and weekly activities based on GLA’s goals

  • Collaborate with managers on achievable project plans for both time and financial commitments

  • Organize and assess project timelines to assess organizational capacity

  • Develop and analyze performance metrics

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including staff meetings and client meetings

  • Prepare agendas and take notes during meetings as necessary

  • Prepare weekly updates on GLA’s operational position

  • Assist with preparing and editing scopes of work, grants, contracts, and deliverables

  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to coordinate workstreams remotely

  • High-level management and leadership skills

  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Strong cost control and budgeting skills

  • Passion to contribute to an equitable energy transition

Strongly preferred:

  • Proficient in Monday.com

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Interest in clean energy, equitable development, sustainable development

  • Undergraduate degree

  • Atlanta-based (remote applicants will still be considered)
